Whom We Serve
The JOY Group ministry is designed to reach just older youth, both married and single regardless of sex, race or religious affiliation.
Why We Serve
We serve others because Jesus Christ served us. We strive to fulfill His calling for us to be in Ministry to each other, to our community, and to the whole world.
Ways We Serve
Building fellowship through monthly social activities.
We meet the 2nd Tuesday of each month in Hope Hall. We have lunch together, socialize and enjoy a variety of programs/guest speakers
Outreach (mission projects)
Volunteering at church with a monthly emphasis such as collecting canned goods for RIFA, packing health kits for the Nicaragua team, Gamasara, Africa and Live Beyond in Haiti, volunteering at the soup kitchen at RIFA or working at the toy store at Reelfoot.
Fellowship and Outreach through travel
Day trips and overnight expeditions
Mission trips to Reelfoot Rural Ministries
Sightseeing trips
Outings to plays, festivals or dinners
Arise to Read volunteerism with local elementary school
